Christmas Cultural Program
We will be having our traditional Christmas Program with Christmas themed items on Christmas Day.
Children’s and Youth Retreat
Children’s and Youth Retreat will be held from the 26 – 31 of December. For the Children’s Retreat, this is a reminder for those children wishing to perform in the Christmas Program, to bring along their costumes.
Cold Weather
Please do bring warm clothes as currently the weather is unusually cold in the mornings.
Vegan and Gluten Free Options
The Gyan Sarovar Kitchen and Dining team have kindly arranged a counter for those wishing to have vegan and gluten free meals. You may register for these options on arrival in the Global Office in Gyan Sarovar (these will not be available in Pandav Bhavan).
Travel Information
Please remember to have your Travel Coordinators book your details in the DF travel database at least two weeks in advance of your arrival.
