The quarterly theme is Sovereign, and for December the title is Owner of the Three Certificates of Contentment.

This power of contentment is the greatest power of all and this is why there are all attainments within it. The jewels of contentment who imbibe the power of contentment are loved by themselves, loved by the Father and also loved by the family because, where there is contentment, all the powers are merged in that contentment. The atmosphere of the power of contentment spreads everywhere. (…) Imbibe the power of contentment in your face and activity and become the same as Father Brahma. AM 20/03/12

We warmly invite you to join the bhatti at your centre, with a special focus on karma yoga throughout the day.

Each month a senior is invited to produce a short video about one important aspect of yoga. There is already a vast collection of videos that we invite you to explore further, to strenghten the yoga practice as workshops and individually.  For December Atam Prakash is speaking about Travelling the Three Worlds Atam Prakashbhai – Essence Video
